Rachel provided an exceptional experience in helping us add a new member to our family. She went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and enjoyable. Our children had the opportunity to meet and interact with three different dogs, each with unique personalities, which made the experience both educational and memorable. Rachel also took the time to share detailed information about the breed, which greatly simplified our decision-making process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and care made this a truly positive experience. Love how they care for the pups. Made is start bottles, sanitizer, checking in. You can tell how much they care for these dogs. Bins were very clean.

I had a great experience when getting my dog, Oli. When it came time for his neuter, he was diagnosed by multiple veterinarians with monorchid, which required a more complex and costly surgery than expected. As a recent college graduate balancing new expenses, this was very stressful for me. Although I initially reached out feeling frustrated, Crystal, the manager, responded with empathy and understanding. She took my concerns seriously and handled the situation promptly. In the end, Petito covered the cost of Oli’s abnormal surgery, which I greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Crystal for her patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Me and my fiance got a puppy from here and the service was awesome we got all of the information we needed and the person who helped us was terrific definitely would want her to help us again!! Her name was Chloe! They were also very clean and organized!

So this all started by my parents looking at puppies online. I called the Dallas location about one dog for them and then decided I’d look into one for me. The first person I came into contact with was Raquel and honestly 10/10 customer service. After I told her which puppy I was looking at she kept in contact with me about financing and also availability. When that puppy found a home before I could get to OKC, the location nearest me, we started looking at Morkies. I decided on Sizzle, now Martha, and met with Rachel on site. Rachel was amazing and very attentive. The slowest part of the process was the internet on my phone. She answered all my questions, had amazing energy, a terrific personality and not once did I feel pressured or rushed. While walking in there I was 100% sure which puppy I’d be taking home, she still made sure to offer the ability to play with 2 others if we wanted. Me and my kids fell in love with the one we came for so it wasn’t necessary. However, Rachel made it a delightful experience and quick and painless for paperwork and checking out. If we decide to add another puppy we will definitely be looking for Raquel and Rachel for help. Obviously would recommend and would add another family member from here again. Edit: After reading some reviews further down made the same day or day before my visit to this location, I’d like to speak on the practices I saw first hand. The puppies may be in glass, but that’s for your and their protection. Your toddler shouldn’t be able to walk up and have their finger teethed on unknowingly by sticking it through the bars of a metal grated kennel. And I have 4 children, one who is a toddler and she would definitely try to stick her whole arm in to pet puppies. Not one area seemed to be out of water. I watched multiple puppies drink freely while there for over an hour. I saw puppies playing, sleeping, chilling and just existing. No one looked to be in distress with panting or anything. Everyone looked healthy,

We recently adopted our new puppy from Pettito, Chloe could not have been more helpful and the process couldn’t have been simpler. We took our new pup for a full work up at our trusted veterinarian and they deemed her in perfect health. We are in love with our puppy and thank you to Chloe and the rest of the Pettito staff for helping us add a new member to our family! Much love from us + Hallie

Rachel what is the best employer and helped us a lot especially when getting all three of our dogs I unfortunately did not get a picture of the corgi, but I got all three of our puppies and Rachel was super helpful showing us the puppies and being very helpful on what specific animal we wanted Best employee ever

Chloe was literally the best helping me find my little golden retriever guy! I called to ask for a puppy and Chloe helped us out to set up a time to go look at the puppies. We were so excited we got pulled over on the way . We were 10 mins late to the appointment but still took care of us . We ended up taking home a beautiful dachshund we named Honey . Loved that they provided a free vet visit also
